So I went to Ford dealership I test drove the Ford Maverick and we made a deal and everything was said and done and then all of a sudden they started taking the floor mats out the camera by the front windshield out so when I test drove it, it had everything in it. I got home and I noticed nothing was in it when I was test driving it.

Unfortunately the dealership ran my credit and I was preapproved for a Ford Mustang GT. We arranged an appointment today with Brandon Rachad to complete the purchase and I went with cash on hand to buy it as discussed.
When we arrived 6:30 as arranged some clients had walked in few minutes before and they test drove the car, by the time we test drove the car we waited half an hour to find out they sold the car.

They have had my car for 5 days and no one has looked at it yet. Often no one answers the phome. When they do answer, they never call you back. I guess I selected the wrong place to send my vehicle. I have never had such terrible service in many decades of car ownership.

I had a transmission fluid serviced and immediately afterwards check engine light comes on, fluid leaks onto exhaust and burning smell, truck now surges at high speed, and they will not stand behind it. Ordered the f150 lightning online for 55,994+ tax, then showed up to the dealer and they refused to sell it because they wanted to sell at a markup. Their pricing is always good so I kept going back, but their ethics are very suspect because of the VTP transmission lockout I was forced to buy because the pre installed it on my Edge. I reserved a Custom Built 2021 Bronco First Edition (limited production of 3500) through Ford's website 18 months ago. I reserved within the first 30 minutes the Bronco’s became available for reservation. I was lucky enough to receive the reservation and the dealership was assigned as Sunrise Ford. I just purchased my new 2022 Maverick through Sunrise Ford. This is the second vehicle we have purchased through this dealership and we couldn't be more happy with the knowledgeable and professional sales and service staff. No hidden fees or runarounds that you might find at some dealerships.

Big change from when I purchased my 2014 Fusion. Very convenient. Several service writers. Easy drop off and return. Sunrise is a bit inconvenient as I now live in Altadena. However, I know that I will be leaving my car with a servicer that knows the vehicle. It had only 33,091 miles when I brought it in. It is likely to be driven for a long time. I'd like to be certain that when it is inspected and serviced, it will be done by employees both familiar with my car, and there to build good will with a customer.

A very bad experience with sales person, sales manager Art and no return call from GM Jamie. Service manager couldn't tell me what the wheel offset was. He said 0. Turns out 44 offset. Sales person didn't return a call to explain functions in my new truck. No manual for truck. They said it's down loaded in truck. I need the truck runnimg to access manual. I had a great experience working with Sal at the service department. My ProMaster had a P0420 code and the catalytic converter was replaced under the manufacturer warranty. After I brought the van home, a new P0430 code appeared.
