Found a gem of a used car advertised as certified pre-owned, which implied that competent Ford mechanics inspected and repaired the car to a more than street ready status. I traveled from one state over to test drive and complete the deal. All employees were more than cordial and respectful. Upon closing of the deal, a last minute monetary discrepancy arose, threatening to scuttle the purchase. Theo, the manager made the problem right again and we closed the deal. I’m very happy with the purchase.

I'd give a 5 star but the only reason I didn't was cause we didn't know a computer update would take more than a whole day. (We live in the mountains, so it would've been nice to know) And they didn't tell us till we were done signing everything. Other than that, they fixed a leaky water pump and filled my windshield washer fluid all free. And the people were all kind.

I liked the salesmen and the finance officer a lot, they were very friendly and eager to please. The only thing that disappointed me was that I thought I was purchasing a vehicle “as is“. Turns out I was billed extra for things like LoJack, etching on the Catalytic converter, etc., all these things were already on the vehicle so they should have come with the advertised price. Maybe this is standard practice in dealerships but i’m still disappointed. That being said I believe I got good value.

Since this review, Customer Experience at Knight found and shipped an original FOB as well as providing a set of locking lug nuts with key, so it looks like this is going to have a happy ending. bought a 2021 Jeep here on 30 AUG. it was sold to me with only one FOB and the sales mgr (JQ) and I agreed split the cost for a second FOB (about $150).
